I hear you but unfortunately cannot make any promises for a Linux port.
Jamstix is written in Delphi, not C++, so cross-platform stuff is difficult and we've had bad experiences with the macOS development.
Focus right now is to get VST3 done and develop Jamstix 5 for PC.

Will it continue to be developed?
Yes, development efforts are ramping back up this year. Current focus is the VST3 version. Jamstix 5 is being mapped out as well.
P.S. - my 2007 account seems to have survived so some forum data must have been recovered
