Fantastic news! I was just coming here to post how to get Jamstix working in a VST3-only host (using Blue Cat Audio's excellent PatchWork)!

For me Jamstix is still the best tool for creating drum tracks.
I hate it to drag MIDI files around all the time.

Great to see Jamstix development continues!

Jamstix 4 is an essential tool for me. It is tightly integrated in my Studio One templates. When I initiate a project a fully laid out song is already built in Jamstix. Studio One's Arranger Track timeline is preconfigured to mimic that Jamstix drum arrangement down to even the color scheme. It's a super-fast workflow from the get-go. I'm so glad to see a version 5 is in the works! I'm looking forward to experiencing an improved Jamstix alongside today's great programs like Scaler 3, Tonalics and Addictive Drums 2. Best to you. I am very happy to see development is ongoing...I have been a user since version 1 and JS is absolutely the best drum software I have used JS4 is next to perfect but a VST3 version is great news. I use it in Gig Performer for both live and song writing and Reaper for recording. My trusty old FCB 1010 as a controller and about the only difference from a human drummer is there is still beer in the fridge when rehearsal is over! Thanks Ralph!

Really good to see you posting again, Ralph.

The VST3 thing? Still using JS4 with no issues in Reaper on W11. Still haven't the slightest clue about 'drumming'.
Relieved to read there'll be a JS5 in the future - I've been dreading the day when JS4 and whatever version of Windows/Reaper decided they weren't 'speaking' to each other, and I'd have to buy something from 'the opposition'.
