I am just getting orientated with jamstix and I can not find a tempo controller. I am using it in soar x3. i thought it might follow host tempo but so far ,not,,,is there a user manual?

That seems impossible. Do you mean full Jamstix playing or just bar preview?

I installed it,opened in sonar, hit the wizard button like in the video.then click on ballad and start it , there are variations and fill ect . everything plays at one speed, I adjust tempo in sonar , but jamstix keeps playing at the same speed....I am not complaining and I am sure I am making some rookie mistake, but thats where i am now, I downloaded the manual and will try to figure it out, meanwhile thank you for responding

After you adjust the tempo in SONAR, are the bar/beat displays in SONAR and jamstix out of synch?

I'm confused as to how you start playing. This should be with the play button in SONAR. Let's do this:

- load jamstix and select a quickstart song
- arm a track in SONAR for recording
- click Record in SONAR
- Jamstix should now be playing in synch with SONAR
- stop and change the tempo in SONAR
- click RECORD again and JS should use the new tempo

the play button in sonar does not seem to start my jamstix , I need to start jamstix then start sonar , or visa versa
