Jam mode, controlled by MIDI, can I set it to volume?

Post by keys »

ontrolled by MIDI, can I set it to volume?', 'I was wondering if it is possible in Jam mode MIDI, if I can set it so that when I play softer the kit plays softer too?

Been playing around with it and I've got my MIDI control levels about right, but it seems to have no effect on the volume level...it "sorta" does a little bit of variation, but not what I was expecting.

I read the manual section on this but I didn't really get it apart from setting the MIDI in percentage. At least I've got that sorted as a starting point hahaha!

Is there a tutorial online for this particular function?

For playing softer make sure to set the MIN level to the left of the song power as low as needed.

There is currently no way to use a MIDI CC for fill triggering.

Cool, thanks m8 :)

PS: Is it difficult to add it do you reckon? It would then make using a footswitch possible :)

I'll definitely put it on the to-do list.

Wow! Thanks much, appreciate that :)

Oh and (sorry) one final Q - does the Fill Trigger only play a fill in Song mode?

I've tried it in Jam mode but it seems to do nothing. So i'm not setting something right, just not sure what though??

It works fine for me so please use "Email Tech Support" in the help menu to send me the logs so I can check your config.
