First of all, thanks a_zimuth for the assistance, and Ralph of course, next time I'll try to be more detailed, but damn you were fast!!

Here the thing. I cant' find the audioM8 plugin*, searched folders, full hard drives, and no hit. Uninstalled and Reinstalled everything (since I started from the free version) to do a full install with key.

But no plugin. I've always struggled to make it work on JS3, but I can recall seeing a .dll named "mate" (= "m8", yeahh I see what you did here).

There's something I'm doing wrong.

Thanks in advance, digging JS4 a lot, so happy to have a drummer that arrives on time :)

*Using Reaper, listing all plugins won't show either as a first.

Please look in the c:\ProgramData\jamstix4\bin\64 folder and see if audioM8.dll is there. If you use 32-bit then it would be the '32' folder.

Tadaaaaa. Now I recall that I didn't perform a search after reinstalling.

Thanks Ralph!!!

Hello:

I have an issue when loading JS4 in Cubase 9.5 and the plugin window has “always on top” activated: some JS menus load behind the JS window, for example the help and the load kit option. I don’t know if this is a Cubase or a JS issue.

Regards.

Edit: I have just seen that this was fixed in the update 4.0.4. I will try that.

I am struggling with myself for quite a while now to gear up my arsenal for the jamstix 4 with some expansion stuff. Was a little sad that its not in the sale, but on the other hand I had a free update, so thats o.k..

When I was looking today I realized that the manual was updated saying that you need Jamstix 4 for the AI PAK (thats the most interesting for me). So is the pak already updated in some way ?

And in the description in the manual "2 new drummer kits" where mentioned. New too ? Any info would be welcome even if I am sure I will buy this pack anyway, its just knockin on my door and want to come in, cold outside :)

Some expansions were adjusted kit-wise for JS4 to take advantage of new sound sculpting capabilities in JS4. This includes the new 'Drummer Kits' in JS4, which are designed to sound reminiscent of what you might expect when you hear certain drummer names in Jamstix. Since two of those drummers are in AIPak, the kits now come with that Pak to keep things structured.

It's a good idea to look around the kit load dialog and click on the red kits as it will tell you what Pak they belong to. Same goes for styles and drummers.

First time now (after beta testing) I have tried to create a new song. Just wont work in waveform (win 7 64 bit waveform 64 bit actual version 8.2.6), evrytime I get the warning message:

"Please stop host before creating a new song structure" but host is NOT running. I have tried several times, start/stop host, just wont work.

I am sure I had this message already in beta testing and reported it but then have not tried again cause so far I was always using an old existing song for trying out. Just after realizing that I cant change the drummer no more for the parts in the "old" songstructure on the left site I tried to create the song new with another drummer :-(.

That has to be a bug in Waveform involving the transport status flags sent to plugins since it works in all other hosts.
