Agree it would be nice to have an update on the progress and current expectations.

Previous expectations were version 4 release by the end of 2016 (per Ralph).

It is now Mid-December 2016, the 11th hour so to speak and I haven't even seen posts discussing if beta testing is even going on yet.

Hi Dali,

you maybe right with expectations but centre of my request was the same Chris posted:
The issue I have is not with quality or timeliness. It is about communication with the customer base and transparency
And that was the point where it is really kind of hard to understand for me. There are times when forums are just too much for a one-man-band, I know that and I have understanding for it. But even that could be communicated in just a few words evry few weeks. Hope you get what I mean (english is not my main language too by the way :) .
I'm supposed to be friendly writing this so bear with me
That was my intention too, not bothering or anything, just asking cause I really dont understand.

So lets all hope Ralph is well and on a good way and maybe will find some time just for a few words from time to time...

No sale this year, either? Seems like every December there's been a 50% off sale.

Ditto. It's part of showing respect and consideration towards the customer. A weekly or monthly update would not be out of line.

In the absence of communication, people will fill in the blanks with their own scenarios, it's just human nature.

I use EZ Drummer 2 to go with Jamstix 3 as a great combo, but find the Jamstix 3 mapping for Ez Drummer 2 a bit limiting.I couldn't find a way of using bigger drum kits in Ez Drummer 2 and getting Jamstix 3 to trigger the extra drums.
