A Quick Sample Question

When using Jamstix as just a drum sample player is there any randomness in the samples; that is if I were to trigger two snares consecutively at the same velocity would I get the same sample each time or does it rotate through a set of samples?

Jamstix 2 uses alternative hit samples with random selection.
