Apply uncheck end crash/No Groove to all parts?

Post by sonicviz »

I have a real workflow pita problem I can't figure out.

I have a part that has repetition, with end crash/no groove checked, and it's putting in an annoying endcrash that I want to get rid of.

The easiest solution would seem to be to just uncheck end crash/no groove and recompose it, but it only does it for the bar that is selected.

How do I get it to apply to ALL bars without having to go through them all individually and doing this? with 100+ bars this is really slow workflow.

Similarly, if I want to change the drummer on all parts, I can't select them all and change the drummer for all at once, it will only change the selected one.

Thanks!

Awesome, thanks.

What about applying a global "no groove checked"?

What does that do exactly? I assume the fill is separate from the groove/rhythm, but just checking.

It affects the way Fills are composed. From the manual:

17.2.3 No Groove If checked, the groove will be suppressed while the fill is playing. Otherwise, the drummer will attempt to play groove notes wherever possible during the fill. You can set the default for this option in the brain context menu.
