JAmcussion Did not download with my Jamstix upgrade

I really need assistance. I bought Jamstix 4P which is supposed to have Jamcussion but it will not download and is asking me to purchase it to download it.

I apologize for the mishap, you should be all set now. Just run the manager tool again.

Wow. If your company was doing customer service for the rest of the music apps I use life would be a lot easier.
