I opened the Jamstix manager to see if there are any updates. I get the following message:
A new version of this tool is available. Open the manager from the Jamstix HELP or OPTIONS menu to have it automatically updated.
In order to do that, I have to open up a host and install Jamstix. Then it makes me close the host before installing.
Wouldn't it be a lot simpler to just have the Jamstix manager update Jamstix without having to open the plugin in a host and then close it?
Why does the Manager need to be updated from the plugin?

The next update to the manager will change this to an in-place auto-update.r_poncher wrote:Wouldn't it be a lot simpler to just have the Jamstix manager update Jamstix without having to open the plugin in a host and then close it?

Just an FYI that, as of version 1.2.2, the manager now auto-updates itself.
