Add BAR - Nothing in Reaper

Add BAR - Nothing in Reaper

Hi,

I have just installed JS3.61. I cannot see any "add BAR" in the BAR menu.

Maybe I'm missing something?

BAR MENU -> EDIT -> INSERT NEW BAR

Sorry about calling it 'Add Bar'.
