tempo changing/halftime

Hi
Im wondering if there is a way to slow or speed up tempos to the song structures. I see within the Wizard there is "halftime, but it stills seems a bit fast for the type of ballad Im writing. I there a place to alter the tempo by say number/ Like form 120 to 90, or vice versa. In addition if there is would I have to then go into each part of the structure "IVVPC" and alter individually?

Jamstix will follow the tempo of your host software, REAPER, Protools etc, so set up a tempo map how you want in your host first, then use the half time options etc in Jamstix as needed.

So as you say is there any software that really help to way to slow or speed up tempos to the song structures? I will be obliged to get more information on this.
