2.5.1 Volume problem

I have a project in FL Studio 8 with Jamstix, Jamcussion and Addictive Drums. Since I installed Jamstix 2.5.1 the volume will vary over the course of the song. I don't see any visual evidence of changes in the UI, but often around the second bar of a section will volume will drop, and on the first bar of a new section the volume will increase again.

Does the song power knob in JS2 move during the song?
Do you have controller 7 automation data in the host?
