JS2/JS3 Samples

<t>Do you forsee any phase issues summing the close stereo samples to mono? The reason I am asking all of this is because I have recently purchased Reason & Record, and I am going to be composing all of my drum parts sub-hosted in Sonar 8. I'll then taking the individual outs into their own tracks ...

JS2/JS3 Samples

<t>Ralph- quick question. I know this has been asked before, but my searches were fruitless. How are the JS2 samples recorded, are they stereo samples or mono? As well has there been any compression or eq applied to the recorded samples? My guess is no or very little, but I wanted to satisfy my ...

Easiest way to "lock" bass and kick?

<t>you have audio snap in Sonar 8.5.2. I would copy your midi track from Jamstix and then add the kick to the transient pool, and snap the bass track to those transients. That would get you perfect sync, you just have to play well in time with the drum track while recording it, otherwise it will ...

Jamstix 3 RC1 - Now Available

Have you (or anyone in the forum) run Jamstix on a windows install through Boot Camp on a Mac? I imagine that it would run as well as it would on a windows PC. Any thoughts there?

Ralph-

I am at a crossroads right now. I am considering one of the quad core I-Macs and Jamstix is kind of holding me back from making the move. (it is that integral to my songwriting) Do you have any ETA when we may see at least a beta version for osx?

Ralph-

I have contracted a very unpleasant social disease as a result of Jamstix 3 beta A8. I am hoping that A9 will provide some relief to the itching and burning urination...your thoughts?
