Super Groovy Surf Blues

Post by ToneCarver »

Here's kind of a fun poppy track that is using 2 copies of Jamstix at the same time. (Thanks to whoever posted that idea on the forums .. what a blast). One copy is doing a 6/8 pattern and the other more of a 4/4 rock beat. I cut down the kits a little on each copy to make room for the different grooves to play well together. The instrumentation is a collab with some folks on the Cakewalk forum:

Acoustic Guitar - Larry Hansen
Bass - Dave Logan
Keys, Jamstix, Mixing - me

Hope you like it. Comments welcome of course.

(PS, really looking forward to Jamcussion)

Drums sounded good and fit well. Nice production as well.
It helps when you use Sonar. Thought I would post here and not in the Sonar forums. We have listeners, but few posters.
Nice job guys.

Thanks for the listens and the great encouragement. Much appreciated.

Ralph, any chance for a 'Buddy' drummer model ?
