The host is Camelot Pro and it does not seem to allow the Jamstix 4 VST 2 plugin. WHen I run scan after scan it simnply does not pick it up. This is on WIndows 11.

Folder is added to the scan list however Camelot will not access it.

Have confirmed Jamstix plugin loads and runs in Reaper, on the same system>

Does anyone have any ideas on why this is so?

I suspect you realize the problem is more likely to be resolved on the Camelot side until Ralph can put out a newer version of Jamstix (beta 4 was Oct 2021). The fact that it runs for you in Reaper, (and for me in Fender Studio Pro 8.1.1) leads me to suggest that it's not a universal incompatibility on the Jamstix side. I was going to install the demo to see if I could get it resolved for you but I really didn't want to potentially muck up my system when Jamstix works really well in FSP (apart from a couple of niggles Ralph is already aware of). Sorry. I would however suggest you contact the developers of Camelot, (Could it be a file/folder nesting issue in the Camelot scan folder? You say you "added the folder to the scan list" - what folder are you referring to?) and potentially you might find a solution wrapping the Jamstix VST2 using something like Bluecat Patchwork (https://www.bluecataudio.com/Products/P ... PatchWork/), or maybe Kushview Element (https://kushview.net/element/? Otherwise, I have my (we all have our?) fingers crossed that Ralph can begin the process of updating J4 to a VST3 version that might be more compatible with Camelot Pro and newer DAWs. (Good luck in any case).
