Jamstix 4 Data folder

When I installed JS 4 just recently - I saw that I should have a Jamstix 4 data folder. I installed the vst and sounds in a non c drive.
I somehow thought if I didn't see a data folder I should create one which I did.
My research today, after wondering where the Kits folder was - says it is on C drive - in the data folder. I finally found it as a hidden file.
So I now have 2 JS Data folders - the one on my d drive shows shortcut to JS Manager, Cache and data/sounds.
The c drive JS data folder has a number of folders in it but no shortcut to JS Manager, cache or data/sounds.
Everything seems to work ok - but if I wanted to tidy it up what would you suggest?
