How does one create an offline installation with no access..

I am on Linux and the JS4 Manager refuses to install, stating I need to create an offline installation, however I have no access to a windows or apple pc,. so how does one actually go about that?

PS: I did ask in the support section, but didn't really get a response that didn't already "mimic" what the app installer was telling me.

Ralph, I've jumped back on to Windows for the mo (got some other stuff to sort and evaluate), so can we just put this on hold, and I'll re-visit when I next load up Linux?
