Old JS1 and JS2 Packs

Hi
Have just had to upgrade laptop and was re-installing JS but when I went to download the packs from my download page and many are no longer accessible to download. Specifically
Drum Pack #1
Drum Pack#2
Brush Pack
Snare Pack
E-Pack

Checked my JS Manager and I think all the rest of the packs that I have bought are installed but not those. How would I get access to them

Hi Paul,

I'm not sure if those are compatible with JS4 since I never owned them. I don't have an answer to your question but just want to suggest if you don't hear from Ralph here on the forum by tomorrow, send an email directly to support@rayzoon.com.

Paul, those Paks are contained in the XL Pak so you just want to make sure that it is installed by the manager.
