I did a quick search for Brann Dailor on this forum and only found one reference to him.

I guess the question is - is it possible to customise/write your own drummer file? Would love to see a Brann Dailor emulation with all those machine gun snare hits every 5 seconds.

No, you can't write an actual drummer model file. However you can extract elements from different existing drummer models to create something similar to what you are looking for and save it as a custom player preset.
