I'm trying the free version of Jamstix 4 to assess whether I should upgrade from 3. I'm using it in Bitwig. It's not working very well - every time I adjust something on the GUI, I hear clicks and pops. My system is fully up to date with drivers etc. Jamstix 4 is the only plugin GUI which does this. Does anyone else have this problem and am I likely to still experience if I pay for a full upgrade?

Use the Manager app to send an email to support and attach the log files.

Yes, send the logs at Azimuth said. Also, quick thing to try right now is this:
- close DAW
- open manager tool
- click 'Troubleshooting'
- uncheck '2D Acceleration'
- check 'Disable Hardware Acceleration'

Where do I install the manager tool? It says "Manager tool could not be found."

A copy of the Manager app (Jamstix4Manager.exe) should be located in C:\ProgramData\Jamstix 4 Data if you haven't uninstalled Jamstix.

It's supposed to be in that very folder? I don't see it. Maybe because I only have the free version installed?

If it's not there just download it again and run it:

Ran it. Disabled 2D acceleration. Problem is now even worse. Audio cuts out whenever I am adjusting anything in the brain. I use hundreds of plugins and not one of them does this when using the GUI, so it can't be my system.

We'll get it sorted. Please click 'Email Tech Support' in the manager to send me the logs so I can look into this.
