Jamstix 4 and triggering SSD5 synch problems

Happy new year!
Normally Jamstix and SSD5 work well together, but only in one song I got the problem that the drums are not in sync to the rest of the song and/or Jamstix and SSD5 to each other. Sometimes the visual timing in the Jamstix groove editor is right but the sound from SSD5 is too late. Sometimes the sound is in sync but the visual Jamstix 3D Kit and visual SSD5 drums are not in sync. I tried to import all audio files to a new song (Windows 10 Studio One 4) to start from scratch and loaded the Jamstix song and the SSD5 setup for this song, but no success. Most of the time the sound of the drums is not in sync with the rest of the song. It's confusing and I don't find the solution. Need help please.

What is your OS, DAW, audio driver and latency?

I already wrote that:
Windows 10
Studio One 4
latency in all songs: 3 - 4ms
Presonus Quantum Thunderbold
As told before all other songs are working well

Sorry about my dumb question, I missed the details.
This is an unusual issue. 3D Kit lagging can happen with certain audio drivers but a lag in SSD5 triggering would indicate MIDI lag. In order to isolate the issue, please mute SSD 5 in the project and load a JS4 kit for sound. Now play the song and see if even the JS4 sounds are out of synch at some point during playback.

With the intern Jamstix sounds it works immediately.
In my current situation with Jamstix and SSD5 the visual 3D kit is not in sync and the SSD5 audio samples are not in sync, too.
But now I found out a solution for the audio problem:
In Studio One I have to deactivate all Jamstix outputs in the console area for instruments. In all other songs it doesn't matter if there is a Jamstix output active. But I don't no why. The visible 3D kit problem is even there. The 3D kit starts earlier than the audio. The same thing happens in the groove area.

What happens if you record to the Jamstix MIDI track in Studio One. Does the 3D kit stay in synch better?

I don't know what you mean. I can't record onto the Jamstix track because it is an instrument track. No possibility to select the channel record button for this kind of instrument. When I work with Jamstix and internal kits all works fine. The problem seems to be the interaction with SSD5.
So what, if we don't find a solution I have to arrange this song with the internal sounds of Jamstix, then I create a midifile on the SSD5 track. This works, too. Not the best solution but better than nothing.

Boooaahh, now I have the same problems with midifiles like I had already some times ago. Only parts of the drumsset are exported, not the complete song. Neither per drag&drop nor saving as a midifile. In other songs all work fine. I think I have a heavy midi problem in this song ...

I found it! It was a latency problem. I had the Ozone RX 7 clip tool in an insert of a vocal track. When it was activated the drums were out of sync and vice versa. And now my midi export file works fine, too. Isn't that crazy?
