I've sent two emails to support recently, the first a week ago now, and haven't heard back. What is the typical response time?

Usually pretty quick, a day or two at most usually. Ralph has been off the radar more than usual lately but I have no idea why that is. I'm waiting for a response from him myself actually. You can PM me and ask if you think it's something I might be able to help with.

Ralph spoiled us with lightning fast support in the past so it seems weird to have to wait! Hope all is well with him.

I haven't been able to replicate the issue with the song file you've sent but please click 'Reset Song' in the song menu with the project loaded and see if the problem is gone.
