Hi Folks,
Ray, I know you are on here all the time taking care of your customers and I appreciate it so much! SO, longtime JS user, just switched over to Mac, have a macbook pro retina with an RME Babyface Pro USB, USB3 external drives, SSD system drive, 8 gigs ram.
I loaded up JS, but didnt instal the sounds because I never had the chance, All of a sudden, all hell broke loose, Pro Tools stooped working, throwing an error about CPU overload with no tracks on at all, just open it press transport in blank project, and it overloads. I was wondering what the problem was and then I opened Studio ONe demo I have on here ad I can see in their performance window they break down what is going on in CPU by each element and even with it not loaded anywhere, JS was drawing a LOT of CPU.
I uninstalled and presto, all programs working again. I dk what to do, I love JS, hoping i can get it straight so I can get back to making some tunes on Mac!
