For now just run your host via right-click->Run As Admin. We're working on a solution for this in Jamstix 4. Sorry about that!

that alters the functionality of my host. Not optimal.

Alternatively, set the permissions for these folders to Read/Write Everyone:
E:\Jamstix3
Documents\Jamstix3
E:\Jamstix3
Documents\Jamstix3
