ok I need help...I can't find this elusive "personal download page" no where on this website or the forums...

I've purchased your softeare twice now...yes twice...I get emails telling me about updates and so forth but then when I come to the website to try and download the updates there's no download page/tab/link button nowhere to be found...maybe I'm just dumb but how do I actually download these updates????? I'm registered in the forums and there is nothing in my profile page that links to these downloads either...

this is crazy, I don't have all day to be trolling through forums...and I sent you guys an email in the past when I had the other version of your software and that issue never got resolved which prompted me to purchase your software the second time because I actually like it and wanted the newer version even though you never got me squared away with my first problem...NEVER AGAIN

I had the same problem, 2-3 years after purchase.
I wrote it here an Ralph sent me my link by PM a few minutes later...
The link is personal, meaning there is no "global" link for all people to download things.

I suspect it is an email spam filter issue. I also would recieve standard promo material via email, but the official link to the download page got lost. I contacted support and they sent me the link in a few minutes which came through fine.

Danny, I have just PMd you your download page. Also, could you email me your payment transaction on the double purchase? We'll refund the second order to you if I can confirm it.
