Hi, can anyone confirm this bug?
In the past I would select a Fill bar and click the loop button, then click re-compose (bar is also selected) and it would re-compose a fill. This still works BUT when I change any setting in the brain, like R or T length, the fill re-composes at every loop play, even if I don't click re-compose. Then it is stuck forever, meaning I have to turn off the loop and edit the fill by hand and then lock it becuase if it is unlocked, it will re-compose every time thru.
I tried this on different drummers also even Silent.
Frustrating because this is how I customize fills.
Also, I do not know when this started happening. I have not used Jamstix in a couple months but I did upgrade to the latest beta.

I use REAPER, v3.04 currently
Basically, I have a locked fill bar. I unlock it, select "Preview current bar in a loop" button so it playes over and over. Then I make an adjustment, say I tyrn the the Length of the T Beat knob. It will recompose that bar as expected but every loop, it re-composes, every time. I am not selecting the Re-compose button. Auto is selected but if I turn it off, it still won't stop.
Edit. I tried a different file and it seems to be working normally. Then I re-loaded the original file into REAPER 2.57 and the fill problem happened again. Sounds like something is corrupted..??
Edit again:
I think I got it. when the Style is set for Silent, this happens. When I change the Style to something, it works normal (the different file that worked above had a style set). then when I set the style back to silent, it starts happening again. Maybe if you can re-check using Silent style you will see it?? thanks.

Fill re-compose issue
FWIW, this is still happening. Glad I was able to find this thread so I have a workaround. I also use Reaper (3.06).
My troubles are in the same file I posted about in a separate thread so the "something's corrupted in this particular file" consideration is valid.
