Jamstix 1 and Vista

Sorry, I still use JS1 (somehow easier than 2 - no idea why - it's me, I know). I've just upgraded to Vista and JS keeps telling me it can't write to the registry. I say ok and the program still runs, but it's irritating. Is there any way to stop it? I'm using FL Studio 8 if that matters (suspect not).
