Just released Beta 5, which reinstates 'Reduction' and 'Auto Snare'.

Having an issue with 2.5.2 Beta5. I have JS set up with 3 parts that total up to 87 bars...in Sonar 8.3.1 when the song gets to the 88th bar (I have "Stop Project at End" turned off in S8 preferences) JS resets to Bar1 (although Sonar is at Bar "88") and the drums start playing again from the top.
Reverted to Beta 3 and do not see that behavior...
Thought I would let you know.

[*:87f719760e]Jamstix now allows song looping. The part menu now has an 'Song Loops To Here' option, which means that when the song position exceeds the end of the last part, it will loop to the beginning of the designated part.

Yes, song looping is doing that.

Hi, Ralph, although the looping is interesting, there are situations where I don´t want the song to loop. At least there should be a way of toggling this behaviour or simply by putting an end part in the song.
Thanks.

Yes, I think we need a toggle.

I agree with acabreira, there needs to be a way to turn this behavior off...

Next Beta will have an option for this and will also turn song looping off by default.

Ralph,
sounds good...I found a workaround...add a silent bar at the end to the song (1 measure, 1 repetition) and the use that as the loop point. Having the options you mentioned will be nice...Thanks for a great product and excellent support.

Hello,
Im sure Im missing something simple, but Im not understanding the midi drag.. I tried dragging groove monkey clips into the brain and expected a groove importer to appear, but nothing is happening. Can anyone clarify what the midi drag is?
Thanks!!
