Just did a live gig with Beta 17. Seems pretty stable.

One bug, which I reported ages ago and is still there, is if you double click a song shown in the wizard list to open it, it opens the wrong song.
Index must be off or something.

I confirm what sonicviz reports about the song list but it doesn't happen with every song in the list on my system, only a few.

Beta 17 was much better couldn't get it to do the white screen thing. However, with Beta 18 I've got issues again when starting host app. Most times the Plugin server does show that there is an instance of Jamstix active BUT on some occasions it shows a zero and this of course is when on inspection the jamstix interface is white with the error message. The problem arises that if the host autosaves in this state then the song, drummer, kit data is lost next time the edit is opened (even if the plugin server shows the jamstix instance when the edit is reopened.)

Beta 18 just gives me a white screen
Cannot open slot event

Platform win 8.1 x64 Ableton Live

I downgraded to Beta 17 and now it gives me the same error.

Edit:
Complete uninstall and reinstall Beta 17 brings it back

Another Beta 17 monkey testing bug

Playing a simple 2 bar pattern in live mode
Changing styles on the fly by loading them whileplaying
Eventually Jamstix falls over generating a huge number of small windows with "out of memory"

Graceful degradation not!

Loaded Beta 18 in Cubase 6.5.5 and opened some old projects. Re-composed some parts, changed kits and players, etc. No problems after about a half an hour of use. Didn't get a chance for any "extensive" testing yet.

some of the things i noticed with beta 18 (in REAPER 4.51, using compact interface):

- When creating new part, the name of the part isn't applied (i have to then rename it)
- When changing repetitions count or part size and pressing Enter, changes aren't saved (only after pressing OK with the mouse)
- Cannot add new kit items in kit editor
- Sometimes the part in the lowest region of the parts list doesn't redraw correctly (e.g. when i have enough parts to fill the screen but not enough to introduce a scrollbar)

Ralph - I see one small issue when loading a new midi only kit. To reproduce:

- open a new instance of Jamstix
- select Toontrack as kit
- check load keys only
- the kit does not display

My work around is to load the kit normally and then go back and load the kit with keys only.

Other than than Beta 18 has been working fine...

[SONAR] When trying to copy/paste parts it stucks and then have to close and reopen the project.

Been using it here for a but and it works very well just one small problem, when loading a project in Cubase with Jamstix in it I like to browse (it can take a while) but as soon as the Audio Plugin Server opens Chrome becomes unresponsive
