OK, I think I can confirm this is a reaper issue... JS GUI OK with current full release of reaper V4.31, but (song position pointer?) broken in reaper pre-releases if a JS output path has any FX enabled on it.

is anyone else having problems loading projects in reaper with jamstix? I seem to have an open GUI window with jamstix and yet it isnt responding...

If Jamstix is stay-on-top, unpin it and see if there is a REAPER dialog behind it.

Otherwise, send me rzdlog.txt from Documents\jamstix3.

the project is loading and all i see is a black window, no "stay on top" pin.

Your log shows a stop when loading the skin. Please try running REAPER via right-click->Run As Admin and see if it fixes it.

here's what it looks like when it freezes. I am going to try a fresh project with no other plugins loaded. Baxter typically loads fine, although it might be some weird conflict with that.

it is always set to run as admin. Is this a jamstix problem? If not ill explore other avenues.
