Ralph,
when I try to install 3.1.0 a message box comes up saying:
You must enter a full path with drive letter: for example C:\APP or UNC path in the form \\server\share
I've never had this issue before with updates so it seems a bit unusual.
Kind regards,
Ian

Ian, this is a weird thing that has happened to a few users in the past. Please run the updater via right-click->Run As Admin and see if it helps.

... well, actually there [i:adfca87ed8]is[/i:adfca87ed8] one small problem: if I check "Cache GUI" the GUI doesn't refresh (white window) and there's no way to get back into Options to turn it off. Works fine without "Cache GUI" though ....

Close, reopen your project and you should see the GUI again to turn caching off.
We are working on a fix. Cubase 5 appears to invalidate the plugin's editor window instead of letting the plugin do it as in all earlier versions as well as virtually all other plugins. We are trying to find a work-around.

What is your OS and did you use the same user account when installing JS originally?
