crashes Cubase (Not Responding) when trying to unload it from the right zone.
also crashes Cubase after loading a few Jamstix saved songs.

so I went back to 4.1 for the time being.

I can submit the Cubase Project file if needed.

Hi Cubase Pro 9.5.30, Windows 10 latest version, RME UFX, NVidia 1050 Ti, 64 gb Ram, 6950x processor here and I haven't seen the crash yet with Beta 4. What exact steps are you doing? I'll try to recreate.
