Jamstix & Cubase7 - performance spikes

I'm getting constant spikes on the Cubase performance meter when Jamstix is loaded. The spiking stops when I de-activate the VST.
Any suggestions?
Jamstix 3.5.1 B3
Cubase7.0.2
64 bit

Have you tried to turn off the new ASIO-Guard feature?

If Rome's suggestion doesn't help, send me Documents\Jamstix3\rzdlog.txt

The ASIO-Guard is disabled.
I sent the rzdlog.txt file to support(at)rayzoon.com
