I did this drum track with JS3. Sorry about the bad singing I am working on finding a singer for it.

Well that must have been quite a journey to arrive here from Schenker, Roth etc.. LOL It sounds like you and I cut our teeth on a lot of the same players. I still play Rock Bottom when I'm bored.
I'm not a Country fan by any stretch of the imagination but your vocals are great here, for this genre, I see no reason to complain. You did a really good job on the BVs also. The song is good, I enjoyed it. That's all I look for in music, not perfection.

i want to think that some of the jamming along with UFO and MSG rubbed off on me and there is a little in the solos in that song.a_zimuth wrote:Well that must have been quite a journey to arrive here from Schenker, Roth etc.. it has been awhile since i broke out any of the old stuff.
thanks for the compliment. this tune would sound much better with a greg allman type singer IMO.

You know, I just had a little 3 day mini vacation on the beach here in NC. If this song had been on the radio, I'd have turned it waaaaayy up 8)
Plus, I drive a Camaro, which I believe is the required vehicle for Country music if you don't have a pickup truck
PS: Loved the panning you did on the vocals for "circled".
Seriously, with a pro vocal track, this thing could run on country radio all day long.

this song would have never been made without Jamstix. i don't consider myself a songwriter. i lay down tracks, then plunk melodies for vocals then i write lyrics.Ralph [RZ] wrote:You know, I just had a little 3 day mini vacation on the beach here in NC. so having jamstix made making this track a breeze. the lyrics on other hand have been re-written at least 29 times and have changed since i did this version.
when i finally get them the way i want, i will pay a singer to sing it.
