Anyone found a way to get around Sonar hot keys firing when you are trying to add letters to songbuilder ?
By that I mean if I try to add another v or c to the song builder, Sonar fires the hot key associated with this and the letter does not get added in song builder.

I can't find a way to make it type in there with the 3.5 beta, but luckily the cut and paste keys, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V and Ctrl-C seem to work. So you can create the string in Notepad or any place else you can type in Windows (like the search box on the Start menu, for instanceauto_da_fe wrote:Anyone found a way to get around Sonar hot keys firing when you are trying to add letters to songbuilder ?

If you want to change what's already in Jamstix, start by copying that and pasting it into your editor, then edit and copy/paste back into Jamstix.
It's not ideal, but it's not a bad workaround until Ralph can find a way to fix it.

Next 3.5 Beta will also let you open a dialog box to edit the structure by clicking on the STRUCTURE label.

Not sure why I did not think about ctrl-c and ctrl-v....d'oh !
BTW...running Jamstix 64 on Sonar X2 and have had nothing negative to report so far. Very solid.
