SSD4 Mappings (Now Available)

Post by craig_glenn »

Not sure where to post this...wrt SSD4 and Jamstix 3.3.0

First let me say, man alive these 2 products sound AWESOME together...love the sound (and simplicity) of SSD4 and LOVE the power (not simple but once learnt indispensable) of Jamstix...!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
QUESTION

I seem to be having a problem with "choking" (not even sure if its that??) for some reason when jamstix does fills, it seems to "choke" the sound of the 1st tom, sounds very unnatural...any thoughts??? (Ralph :-))

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PS...i have asked the guys over at Groove3 to consider doing a "training video" for Jamstix...hope they go for it :-)

Just do a 'Save Song' in JS3 song menu and send that file to me, please.

Ralph, don't mean to bother but do you have any news on that cymbal choke problem with SSD4? Is there anything else I could try or help you with to localise the bug? :)

I finally figured out where to put the SSD4 files...

I was a bit confused as to where they went. Sorry if that bothered the flow of choking cymbal issues....

Being ignored (no matter how ridiculous the question) is not usually an issue here for me, especially since I own nearly everything Ralph has put out... Guess I just don't choke my cymbal like others can... Start a new topic next time... Yea I got it now...

Voltago: please send me a JS3 Save Song of your situation as I can still not replicate the problem here.

Craig_glenn: same for you, please send me a song file and the fill bar#.
