I can't figure out what the trigger is to duplicate this.
I have a checklist I use for all my online gigs, as it gets complicated playing live with mulitple instruments/AI bots, controllers, VSTi's etc

Yesterday did a gig, JS3 worked aok no dropouts starting songs.
Today, back to normal, 1st bar lose half the beats.

Same startup process...ie: Launchpad plugin, start Live, load project, Trilian On, load prest bank, JS3 on, load song...etc

*scratches head*

Please see if disabling Load-On-Demand in the JS3 Options fixes this.

No, still same behaviour. Has to be something you introduced in the last beta as it was fine up until then as far as I recall.

Does JS show sound loading activity in the status line while the drop-outs happen?

No, made sure sounds were loaded first. Test also by clicking on kit instruments aok.

I've reverted back to 3.2 for now as it seems to be last stable version.

My Bad. This bug looks like it was introduced in 3.2 as I just got the same behaviour..only half the beats playing first time round.

This effectively kills js3 for live use ralph, it is intermittent.

Reverting to 3.1 to see if I can get back to a stable version.

Please do this:

- enable 'Full Debug Log' in JS3 Options
- recreate the issue
- close host
- send me latest rzdlog.txt file
- disable 'Full Debug Log' in JS3 Options

Thanks!

I'm trying to work out what I can do to "reset" songs so this behaviour does not happen.
SO far I try a combination of the following, after I open a saved livelooped song.
. Click go to first bar (not sure why, but this is not always at the start, no matter if song is saved there.)
. Open large display

Seems to work "most" of the time, but not 100%.

Would it be possible to automatically rest a song to the first bar, including display, when you open it?
