.... but Ralph is the BEST! You wouldn't believe what a pain I've been this last week, but Ralph's infinite patience took it in stride and solved my problem, but like I said, you all already know this. :D

I couldn't agree more. Ralph responds incredibly quickly and helpfully to problems. That quality of customer support is a deal-breaker for me when it comes to buying products to help my music-making. On top of that of course is the responsiveness to requests for product updating and the frequency with which that takes place.

Ralph's support for his software is 2nd to none and worth the price of the software alone IMNSHO.

What's the point in buying some expensive software from other maker's if they don't actually care about their customers?

where's my control of the tom tom tails/Damping etc Ralph.In both JS2 and JS3 they are basically on or off.I need control of the tails :twisted:
