'Standard' in the 'Rock' folder. It also shows up as the default in the song builder. There are several other kits that start with 'Standard' that are also new. Jamstix 3 has 3 stock snares versus one for Jamstix 2 so make sure you also check out the 'Standard Funk' kit (Funk folder) and 'Standard Classic' kit.

you are fast. I loaded that one guessing it was it. Does sound nice. I have everything under the sun (BFD2, SD 2, AD, SSD, OWD). Totally holds its own when banging away on the pads.

Now I need to figure out how to best use this as a drum module with my Yamaha DTX III/

Dwayne: thanks, buddy!

gmon72: haven't looked at the DTX3 but let me know if you find anything that could be improved for it. I'd start with 'Map GM' on and 'TD-20' off.

If I turn TD-20 off will I still get CC4 info for opening and closing the hats? I'd love to see some way to control which CC 4 position data corresponds to closed, 1/4, 1/2, full, etc. (hope that made sense)

CC4 should still work. Let me know if it doesn't. You should be able to adjust what CC4 is sent for each grade of openness on your drum kit brain.
