I purchase Jamstix 2xl via PayPal and 48 hours later have not received the license or DL info.
What do I do now? Complain to Attorney General? Complain to FTC? Better Business Bureau?

Check your junk mail filter...maybe it got deleted! This is a first rate site with completely honorable employees. I have seen nothing but help from Ralph.
Calm down and send a message to Support - Guaranteed they will straiten it all out.

We are very sorry for your frustration! This is usually a problem of the customers ISP blocking our delivery email because it is in HTML format, contains hyperlinks and does not come from a 'big' sender IP. We send out many deliveries every day and they arrive timely but once in a while the recipient's ISP blocks it.
I have re-sent your delivery email several times again today. I have also included the download info/keys in non-HTML format in my last email to you.
Let me know here or via email if you still do not receive any of this. We'll do anything we can to rectify this situation since customer satisfaction is our top priority.
