OddTime Purchased-> No authorization message

Post by apesma_1 »

Hi All,

Set up:
Mac OS X Mojave
Cubase 9.5 (Latest Build)

Just purchased OddTime Pak and installed via Jamstix 4 Manager.

When I attempted to load Oddtime I get a dialog box with:

"Your license does not contain an authorization for OddTime."

Did I miss a step here?

Try again, Ralph may not have updated your account yet. If it still doesn't work then email support and he'll get it sorted out as soon as he see it.

Looks like an issue in the macOS Beta. This should be fixed today or tomorrow at the latest. Sorry about that!

Is it all being done manually?

I bought it, and got an email with a licence key
Then I found the odd-time option in the manager and downloaded (but had the old license key set)...
Now I cannot select 'Bill as a drummer'...
And JS manager says I'm up to date , but I'm still in 4.4.0 Beta 1, and don't see any 4.4.1 update option...

sorry, Mac OSX 10.14.6
running on a 2012 Mac Mini
(got the email on september 6)

I also re-downloaded JS manager, but nothing changed.
Maybe should I reset some cached data anywhere?

The macOS Beta does not support OddTime, yet. We will have a new Beta that does in 1-2 days. Sorry for the delay!
