Jamstix4Manager.exe won\'t see internet connection

Hello!
I'm trying to install Free version, but Jamstix4Manager.exe just gives me this message: "This tool requires you to be connected to the internet unless you have prepared an offline installation pakage".
But of course my PS is connected to internet. I'm posting this message from it right now!
Is there a way to do download and install Jamstix Free a "normal" way?

You have to use the Manager to download Jamstix. Is it possible that Windows or your anti-virus has blocked the program as untrusted when you downloaded it? Check in file properties or your AV program..

I already tryed to turn AV off temporary and run Jamstix4Manager.exe. It didn't help.
And I checked Windows Firewall settings too - there's no rules against Jamstix4Manager.exe
And I tryed to run Jamstix4Manager.exe with local Administrator rights.

Other than something on your system quarantining the Manager app, I can't think of any reason for it not to be able to see your net connection. The next thing I would do is to use the Manager app to send an email to support describing the problem.
