can\'t access my personal download page

I try to get my download page sent to me, but I can't get past the user name/password page. Keeps telling me my user name is wrong. Any help, Ralph?

I think your first name had an extraneous character in our database. I've corrected it and have also sent you your link.

Thanks a lot, Ralph. That extra character is a hangover from paypal. I'll try to keep this info safe.
