I created a new user account on Win 7x64 and when I try to load JS3.6 in either Cubase or Reaper I get a white box with "ERROR:Cannot open core event". If I log in with my own account everything works fine. Neither account is a local Administrator -- both are "limited user accounts".
I've installed only the x64 plugin, but both the plugin and all data are in a separate folder with full permissions to the Everyone group in order to avoid permissions issues that might occur if I install to the default VST folder. I therefore didn't need administrative permissions to install it using my own account (the one that works).
The plugin does not generate any log in the Documents folder of the new user, or even create the Jamstix folder there.
What do I need to do to be set up Jamstix properly for multi-user use?

JS3.6 ERROR:Cannot open core event (SOLVED)
Copy the Documents\Jamstix3 folder from the working account to the other account.
