Will NOT open in Sonar X1

Hello Ralph and company,

I've had your lovely product for years and now that i have x1 it doesn't really open. It loads when i install it but it won't actually OPEN to do the project.

. You told me there are some kinks with Sonar x1 but i used to be able to at least open it. Before i just couldn't record with it.
Please assist me.

Please try opening Sonar via right-click->Run As Admin and see if that helps.

It opens but no sound...no response. I need these drums, man....help.

You have no sound because no kits are installed. Please use 'Install Pak' in the KIT window of JS to install all your Paks.
