sidestick won\'t play

HI,
When I audition the birch DP1 sidestick snare I can hear it in the preview, that is by clicking the ear in the kick and snare panel, but the sound won't trigger when playing the arrangement. I have to select another sidestick, some work, some don't. I have the sounds installed, I think.
