Thanks pal - yes the mapping is as close to GM as possible per the manual. It's a Kontakt instrument - not that that makes much difference probably.

Believe it or not - I just clicked on Manager Tool and it showed up. If it fails again I will email tech. Tried it plenty of times before - hope it's fixed.
