Full MIDI mapping to Studio Drummer

<t>Hi,

No, that doesn't have the same effect.

If I load a standard kit, eg Country, then load the Studio Drummer output map and set it to MIDI only, and then play a previously built song, all is well. The mapping works (although with percussion still going through the JS4 ...

Full MIDI mapping to Studio Drummer

Hi

Is there any reason why items like woodblock and tambourine etc are not mapped to NI Studio Drummer in your o/p mapping file?

Is it something that can easily be edited by myself?

Best regards,,

muffled sound output

Thanks for looking. I'll let you know if any other clues turn up, but I can work with it as is.

I'm on PC, both machines, old is Win 7 with onboard sound, new is Win 10 with MOTU 2408.

Thanks for the info on the other issues too.

Cheers

muffled sound output

Hi both

I have sent details by e-mail.

I did some tests this morning and found that the muffled effect didn't happen on my old DAW, only my new one.

Not really sure why/how, but possibly hardware specific?

Cheers

muffled sound output

<t>Hi,

I've noticed that when I load my song (which contains a Jamstix track), the drums sound as though they're being passed through a HPF - i.e. somewhat muffled.

Re-loading the kit eliminates this.

Any idea why this might be.
