It misses notes in Sonar too when drag and dropped.

The notes are on the programme but it's blank on the host when dragged.

In a global setting on your DAW you may have the Now Time set to stop at the end of the project. Therefore if no midi or audio is in the tracks, then it won't start. Uncheck 'stop at project end' and the song should ...
